I have been with Windermere since 1995. I chose to establish my business with Windermere
because of their number one position in the real estate market place,
their excellent reputation as a service oriented company and for
the marketing services they provide.
Education in real estate is important
to me. It keeps me updated on current legal issues, new marketing
ideas, developing technology and helps to develop relationships
with other Realtors throughout the United States.

| I am a full time Realtor. I list and sell homes, land, condominiums, waterfront and investment properties. I am also a member of the Commercial Broker Association which allows me access to commercial listings and statistics. It is an additional tool for selling investment properties such as land and multifamily residents.
I am committed to client satisfaction and enjoy the relationship building that develops with a client in working together to sell or purchase a property. I pride myself in being a strong negotiator, good communicator and great follow through.
I have always been a strong listing agent and particularly enjoy this aspect of real estate. I research extensively to help my clients set the right price for their property. I use Trendgraphix to analyze all aspects of the market to give my clients realistic expectations. I use my creative side to establish a marketing program unique to the qualities of each property. I never give up on trying new approaches to selling in a very competitive market. I take advantage of the internet to get my listings in front of the world. My listings are marketed on NWMLS, Windermere.com, Realtor.com, Google, Military.com, Zillow.com and Craigs List. I also do specific print marketing materials for my lsitings. Windermere has an excellent Premier Marketing Program for the appropriate luxury properties.
